Ninety days of cover on parts and labor come with each Sub-Zero repair we finish. If the same fault reappears in that window, a certified technician returns, takes a quick look and corrects it without a charge. Our wider promises are on the repair guarantee page.
What the Sub-Zero Warranty Covers
- Parts. Every genuine OEM part we fitted, whether that was a gasket, a sensor, a heater, a valve, a board or a compressor.
- Labor. Our own workmanship. Should the same warm temperature, leak, noise, frost or warning code come back, so do we.
What It Does Not Cover
- Parts we never touched, and sealed system trouble that has nothing to do with our work
- Damage from a power surge, from misuse, or from anything that happens to the unit once we have left
- Visits made for diagnosis alone, where no repair took place
How to Use Your Warranty
Phone us and give the date of the original repair, your model and serial number, and a few words about the symptom. We arrange a return visit, on the same day if the schedule allows, and the technician decides whether the fault sits inside the warranty. Genuine parts can also carry coverage from their maker, and yearly upkeep such as cleaning the condenser coil helps a repair last in panel-ready and integrated kitchens.
